Seasonal Camping Rules

Seasonal site rental applies to only one family unit. If you have a visitor, and they have a camper or tent and they wish to stay, we ask that they get their own site and pay the daily rate. No one under the age of 21 is allowed to stay without a parent or legal guardian staying with them.

Seasonal Lot Rent Payments - A deposit of $100.00 is due Oct. 1, $200.00 is due Feb. 1, and balance paid by May 1 of that season.

Insurance - Please be sure to carry insurance on your trailer.

Personal Property Tax - You can expect to pay personal property tax to the township of Springvale.

Trailer Up-Keep - We are asking that each seasonal unit be washed once during the season.

Building - If you plan to put an addition onto your trailer, add a deck or a shed, you must have your plans approved by the owners.

Electricity - All seasonal rentals will be paying for their own electricity.

Cable/Telephone - Cable and telephone hook-up is available on each seasonal site.

Selling Your Camper - Please notify the owners before you put the FOR SALE sign up.

Golf Carts - A certificate of insurance must be on file at the campground office. You must be at least 18 years old to drive a golf cart on this property.

Maintenance of the Grounds - The staff at Willow Mill does all the grass cutting and trimming on all sites. Garbage pick-up and septic pumping done weekly.
